1.    This Events Privacy Notice applies when you make a booking for and attend events at Woburn Sands Emporium. 

2.    For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 2018 (the "Act") and the General Data Protection Regulation (the "GDPR"), the controller is Rochmills Ltd. , with registered address at Wellingborough road, Northampton . In this Events Privacy Notice, "we", "us" and "our" also means Woburn Sands Emporium. We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and the security of the information that you provide to us.

What Personal Data do we Collect?

3.    When you make a booking for an event, you will be asked to submit the following personal data:

•    First and last name;
•    Children's name;
•    Telephone number;
•    Email address;
•    Billing address;
•    Postcode;
•    Payment information such as bank account details;
•    Names of attendees under your booking; and
•    Names of attendees you wish to be seated with.

You will also be asked to submit the following special categories of personal data where it is necessary for the purposes set out in this notice:

•    Information concerning your health and medical conditions (i.e. disability, allergies and dietary requirements).

4.    When you make a booking for and attending one of our events, we may process your personal data in a number of ways, for different reasons and with different legal justifications:

7.    We do not control the use of your personal data by third parties (such as the Twitter and Instagram platforms), and so this Privacy Notice does not cover them.  We recommend that you refer to the privacy notice of the relevant third party instead.

8.     We will not retain your personal data for any longer than is necessary for our purposes, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements.
